Q: How does the booking process work?
A: Our booking process is simple. Once you are ready to reserve your date with us, let us know and we will send over an online invoice and contract. Your day will be secure after you pay the 50% retainer.
Q: Can we schedule a consult with you?
A: You certainly can and we encourage it! We want to get to know you and your fiance and learn more about your wedding. We can schedule a phone consult for those who are busy or we can schedule an in-person meeting.

Q: How long does it take to receive our wedding videos?
A: We take the utmost care in each wedding collection we deliver. All of your footage is backed up off site before syncing multiple cameras and preparing your project. We cull through all of the footage, edit the story, color correct and grade, and audio enhance all of our films. The last step is processing your films and creating your online film collection before delivery. Our approximate turn around time for complete packages is 8-10 weeks, 1-2 weeks for teasers, and up to 120 days for the reality show package.
Q: How do you capture audio? Do you provide microphones?
A: Audio is extremely important to us. We provide very small lavalier microphones for the groom and officiant during the ceremony to capture vows.

Q: How do you select music for our film?
A: Your wedding film or highlight is scored using tracks from a library of licensed music that we have a paid subscription to. In this modern era of social media sharing, we have to stay legal and that means using music that is licensed. This isn't the only reason. Selecting music for our films is an art form and it takes a considerable amount of time to choose the best tracks that fit the emotion of the day. The music must also pace well and transition with other songs in the film as well as play nice with the dialogue. Trust us to create a beautiful soundtrack for your wedding film.
